Does This look like over feeding in coco ?

im currently feeding these 1 week old plants at about 170ppm it seems a little dark so im wondering if im over feeding a bit, the tap water is 140 ppm and feeding at about 170ppm at a ph of 5.8 so in total thats 310

they are veging at t5 which is pretty close

No they don't imo the dark color looks p related. Are they on a cold surface?
