What medium are you in? how old are the plants? are you feeding anything? Generally light green new growth means that the plant is getting hungry. depending on the two questions above it may be time to start feeding.

Looks perfectly healthy to me. I'm happy when I see lots of lime green like that, I get concerned when it's not there, then it means the plants aren't growing as rapidly as the should
