does running cause THC to be rebsorbed into bloodstream?

i was just thinking, since THC is stored in the fat of our bodies, would running or other forms of exercise few days after smoking cause the THC to be reabsorbed into the bloodstream since fat is being burned?

i would think the trace amounts would be insignificant in terms of feeling stoned/high but i'm wondering if the content is high enough to come up positive on a drug test

i have heard from some people that if you work out hard enough and sweat and get your blood flowing that it is possible, i cant say that i have experianced it but since i started smoking if i do a lot of physical activity, i do seem to get some sort of diffrent feeling when im done.. could be just endorphines or a combo of both.

idk the workings behind it or anything, but i think it definitly does something. theres already a natural runners high that you get after a long jog, but i personally always get it much more intense when ive smoked within the last few days of the jog.

this is true, when burning fat the thc is reabsorbed into the blood stream... that is why they say you shouldnt exercise the day before a piss test if you are doing some sort of masking or dilution technique.... now if you have a long time to get ready then by all means get that metabolism up and burn some of it off. People who exercise regularly can burn off thc quicker than someone who doesnt.

A week after smoking cannabis, 60-70% of the Tetrahydrocannabinol has left the body. It takes about 4-5 weeks before all the THC has been broken down (and none can be detected in your bloodstream). On the other hand, the psychoactive effects are gone after a few hours.
The THC is stored in the body fat and liver. With exercise, sweats, or weight loss, the fat will release toxins, but this is also helpful for a faster clearing. The amounts released in the blood are so low that it is unlikely to provoke a high. You're more likely to get high from an adrenalin or endorphin rush.
The dose of THC someone needs to feel high is about 10 milligrams, a quantity of which only a small part eventually reaches the brain. When you smoke a joint, the body absorbs only about 10-25% of the THC, and only 6% when it is eaten.

THC metabolites are stored in body fat, this is not THC. I could see vigerous excercise releasing these, but you won't get high. Drug tests detect THC metabolites produced by the liver, not the drug itself.

so say for a 120 lb well shaped guy with about 5% body fat. how long would you guess it would be out of my body, curious cause i gotta get clean soon for a cdl physical.

I used to run like 30 miles a week....I didn't get high at that time..BUT I went fishing with a buddy and toked a killer joint after 3 years of not getting high and had a drug pee test in 2 weeks...I passed it.

I guess it helped when i say we both had to row the boat!

Got to rent a house boat after that ..rowing sucks when you're high

You might experience a high but thats the runners high and not from THC.

been smokign multiple times daily for a while.. can't say i've ever gotten high after a 3 mile run.
.

If you run and don't get high I'd suggest base jumping...or running further.

Very well said

Running will release a little more THC from fat, but if you smoke alot it will get right back in there. Basically (nazi)drug tests, test percentages in the piss. If you are a casual smoker who smokes once every other week, you can come clean by exercise and flushing. If you smoke daily, multiple times, you could drink 5 gallons of water and still test positive with the doctor asking if you mixed water in the sample.

Bottom line, use synthetic, store bought piss...
