Does Iowa have a "plant count" rule?

I can't seem to figure out by looking at norml's page what the Iowa law says about number of plants. I know some states, or maybe federal law, ,punishes you for something like 5 or more flowering plants, but some states like Illinois count all plants. I can't figure out what covers my situation. I would like to flower more plants if I can though. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

seems like the midwest is a really bad place to grow.

It's "up to 5 years". Yes, the Midwest sucks, but no, I can't move right now so I'm going to have to risk it. That's the very page I can't figure out though. No real sign of anything about plant count there.
