Does Cannabrex go bad?

I ordered a Cannabrex kit about 3 or 4 years ago... Made one batch, then after everything was packed nicely back in the original shipping box, I promptly lost it until I moved recently. I was just curious if the "excipient powder" or oil go bad or if I can use them still?
