We know nothing... 
What soil do you use? Do you have enough light(if you are using heavy fertilized soil)?
Doesn't look like a normal pot, more like a bucket!? Are there holes in it so the soil can dry/drain? It looks very wet for a big pot with a small plant... Roots don't like it too wet and then they can't grow to search for water.

did you happen to have it under a humidity dome for an extended period of time?
Are you letting it dry out on top between waterings?
Quality medium and controlled watering and it shouldn't need feeding at that size/age
