Does anybody make music?

Lets hear it out who are the people here on ICMag who makes music?

Is it a instrument? Which one?

Or do you make music on your computer? A real DJ or just wanna-be-DJ?

I used to play guitar for more than 8 years. Also had a punk band which really sucked, but hey, it was punk and so it was fun!
Tryed piano and drums but not very good at it.

A year ago I found my new love in making music: Didgeridoo or Didjeridoo (dont know how it is spelled right)
Any one here arround blowing crazy vibes with his tube?

I've had three wives, each one of them left me because
I guess I get real 'musical' in my sleep, no it ain't snoring.

aside from that music I have no other talents or artistic abilities.

does that count? like, I don't even recall hearing a single note
I've played, butt others have had the pleasure.......

I play the drums and all kinds of percussion! Jazz drumming = Beautiful!

Yeah bro, the didgeridoo is kick ass, that thing gives me goosebumps every time I hear one!

I have been through my share of crappy punk bands also, but when your smokin-n-skatin-n-jammin, it's a blast!

Yo, that sleeping music sound interesting! You should get a recorder and turn it on before you sleep....could be the next big thing, yaar?

yup. i play both classical and electric guitar. only been playing for a couple years, so no real band experience yet, but i do dig a good smoke and jam session with my bassist of a friend.

I love 2 play keys... esp organ style. Jamming is the best. doing it stoned is what helped me to gain intuition about what notes will sound like before i play them. improvising seems easier when high too.

I have been a house music dj for 10 years. I've also been producing house music for two.

Attended college for music and been a musician for over 19 years now. Primarily guitar but I also play bass and drums on occasion. Vocals, (I count the voice as an instrument too), like a fine wine have only gotten better with age. My style is dominantly progressive metal, (so not those rottweiler sounding vocals either), though classical, blues, and other influences are not uncommon for me. Been with many bands, made a few CDs but nothing I'd quit my real passion for.

I love music and I'll never quit playing, especially since my family all plays too. Having a jam session at the house is far more rewarding than dealing with the corporate bullshit of the music industry no matter how much they might pay you. Which is of course the main reason I never pursued my course of study after college... actually I skipped to another hobby of MMA for many years before settling down to build motorcycles (my real addiction)... but that's info for another thread perhaps.:joint:

Excellent thread here, hopefully others will chime in on it.

Post some pics of your motorcycles that YOU built. It sounds interesting.

I can't send you a PM just yet, you'll need a few more posts but I was going to let you know that I won't post pics publicly, (gotta keep somewhat of a low profile lol). After you get some more posts I'll PM you the link though.
