Does ACE have new packaging ?

I just had an order arrive from one of ACE's US distributors . Packaging was similar but had no date . All ACE seeds I've bought in the past were dated & these are not . I actually prefer dated packs , so one knows they're not getting old , stale beans . Hs anyone else ran into this before ?

Was told by ACE this morning that packs were no longer being dated .

Welcome boats117 thanks for supporting our work. To make sure we work within the legal limits of our country, since this year we no longer state the packing date neither germination comments on our packaging. We still work on the same way to guarantee best quality of genetics and seeds so don't panic!

What a strange law. How do the politicians come up with this nonsense? Of course being allowed to sell seeds with no production date is better than not being allowed to sell them and if this law got some "agency" off their backs then..
