your doctor is not only "cool" he is also "smart"

I generally have lots of anxiety..not much stress but def. anxiety, and listening to reggae...especially Bob Marley helps GREATLY! This is true for several other people that I know.

Have you tried it yet?

my plants love it too.

I'd recommend:

Rastaman Vibration (bob)
Catch a Fire (bob)
ANYTHING by (bob)

I was listening to "Big Mountain" this morning...they do a lot of covers, but are VERY talented reggae artists

...theres a ton more...just keep it positive

only substance I use is weed...no LQ or tobacco or anything...just weed

Try this one
Dreams of Freedom: Ambient Translations of Bob Marley in Dub

It's a kind of cover album and all the songs are sequenced in one continouos ambient dub formation. It has an smooth sound and it's very easy to listen to.
I could recomend you my favourite Reggae artist, Peter Tosh, but if you don't want to get upset, try not to listen to lyrics, only music. You should also try Burning Spear, Black Uhuru, Alpha Blondie...

If you can put you hand son it I strongly recommend you Bob's "African Herbman", and also Burning Spear's "Burning Spear" (1973) and "Rockin Time" (1974) (both amazing early ones). Excellent vibes out of these. Mystic Revelation of Rastafari are great as well !

Israel Vibration's "Same Song Dub" (1978) will melt your brain.
