How do you give back to the community and planet?

4 years ago I joined the Red Cross and I have to tell you as a complete stoner its amazing. I'm always high or smoking in a close alley at an event.
The coolest part is doing your own thing, people you work with all from all areas of life and will have their own little things they like to do alone. Most of the time you're the only Red Cross person around. Its fun. Ive taken tons of classes there and workshops. I got the cool photo id and lanyard and vest. I smoke a lot at Red Cross things. I have CPR coming up!

LOL As a Nam vet myself, I totally understand why you dont volunteer for anything, doublejj but for those that enjoy doing volunteer work, I think it's great. There are many people that could use a little extra help. I tried doing some volunteer work a few years back but my PTSD got in the way and I couldnt do it.

I clean the neighborhood after party goers and mow the grass. I throw clovers and vetch out and cut down large dandelions to mulch with. It's just around the time of the year they go about their plot of eradication of 'lions and daisies.

well i dont give back to people, per say, but i volunteer at the animal shelter 4 hours a week, its not much but im passionate about animals and my aunt runs one of the main shelters here so its kinda like im helping her out too.
