Do you use nutrients during vegetative stage...

Hi: Ahhh maybe. It depends on the soil, if you made a blend, if you bought a commercial blend etc. I usually don't except in my mother plants which sit around for months or years. I occasionally feed them a weak solution of veg plant food. Most mixes don't really need food for a long while. Luck with that.

like above said not enough info

but if its something like miracle grow or promix I usually hit it with some seaweed/fish fert mix once during your short 3-4 week veg time

it its always best to start with a medium that does not contain nutrients when dealing with autos

most if not all cant get past 3 weeks with no food thats with any good soil medium. I always make up a week solution .8ec/200ppm.
