Do you pH adjust humic/fulvic and other addatives?

I'm not sure on this one. My random mixture of humic, fulvic, kelp, some other shit gives me pH of 7.4. Should I drop it down or does that do something with the chemistry and not allow them to work properly?
This is in a coco bottom bottom feed.

I use general hydroponics drain to waste in coco and instructions are to mix everything then PH.
