A friend who owns a growshop was offered some seeds from Bota Farm to test them and maybe sell some in the future. I have never heard this name but there is so much seed brands today it's impossible to know all of them. I'm curious to know if some members here know this breeder and his work, if someone has some feedback please share here. Thanks for your responses.

Everyone is trying to sell their seeds and the number of strains is countless. If you decide to get those seeds, I would like to see their stuff. Jay R is the founder and has been in the horticulture business for a good while. Curious to see what his plants look like. Keep us posted friend and thanks for the post.
I have 5 seeds from this breeder my friend gave me, when I grow them I'll do a grow log with seeds I've made myself and some @elanius sent me as well, some crosses he made with a New Caledonian male from ACE
Botafarm is using most of the recent famous clones on the US market in his crosses, like RS11, different colors of Runtz, Zkittlez, this type of modern hybrids, I know very little about those genetics. He also use a plant called Black Ice as mother in many crosses but doesn't give the genetic make up. His seeds are sold at very high price despite being unknown by most growers. If he was known this thread would be full of pics of his plants but this thread is pretty quiet. Im not sure selling seeds at premium price without creating a solid reputation of trustworthy breeder first is the best strategy. Personally I will never buy seeds at 25/30€ a piece if I can't find any grow diaries to show how the seeds perform.
I'll pop some of the seeds I was given but not the 5 at once in case they are not stable. I think I have some Time Loop, a cross of Black Ice x Urkle Electrique, I have to ask my friend to be sure what he gave me as there is no label.
