No snow. Usually this time a year there are big piles o dat shit around, but atm nothing. Last sunday rained water all day.. Now it's getting colder tho, so might get some snow later too. It's messed up here in the north if we don't get snow in late fall/early winter cause it's so damn dark all the time. Snow helps a lot
We're having the biggest snow in last 15 years - 25cm, but in some places wind moved snow to the hight of 50cm, like in my garden. Look at this young palm tree (Trachycarpus fortunei), covered up with snow.
Yep, I've had snow on the ground three times this winter so far, and I'm expecting more today.
Its not rare to have some snow in this part of Oregon, but its not rare to go two years or more with out snow down to my elevation. This is the third year in a row that the snow level has dropped to nearly 500' at least twice(about 1000' below my elevation). Just plain freezing temps have been common too.
I'm fairly far south too, about the same as Italy and Spain.......
we had snow 1 time this year. when we get it it dont last more than a day, we went from 11 deg back to our usuall 50-60 deg winter temps thank god
