littel update: after one week or so the coco is still not dry would say its still wet is it possible since there are still roots in it that pot that those roots are somewhat holding water inside coco?
looks like roots are keeping coco wet..its drying very very slow..
?
plants were cut but main stem with roots is still there in the pot..dont ask why..
cant see dem springtails on top as before but they are there still plotting against coz they are not getting water and are mad more and more each day lol

afraid to check at night but got this feeling that they are walking around very mad on top of coco at night..and they hide after lighs came on
he he

If you want your rootball to dry faster break it apart and spread it apart. Will dry faster if exposed to larger surface area...

When I test runoff, there is hundreds of them swimming and jumping out. I felt something tickling my ear after a few times.. lol

Dump the pot of soil out in a plastic bin or on a gargantuan bag spread out on the tent floor blast your light and turn your fans off ... you gotta fry the little bastard .. heat treat em or they will control your brain!

Springtails shouldn't harm your plants - they are primarily decomposers (composters)
As everyone above said they wont live in low humidity
But, I say leave them to break down some of the soil for you and your next plants might thank you.
If you are worried about them chowing down on new roots you can plant a cover crop of clover in the mean time. IF they were going to eat live roots, they will eat the clover first.
Clover is a nitrogen fixer and will be amending your soil for you in the meantime.

--just realized its straight coco
I say try clover anyway, might help (their roots will also help break up the rootball)
