Do I include the ppm of my tap water when adding nutes?

Hey guys, quick question - I'm following blazeoneup's ppm feeding regime, but I'm wondering if I include the ppm of my tap water (300ppm) when adding nutes according to his guide?

You do if you want to know the PPM of the solution.

Hmm I wonder which way blazeonup meant, I guess I should be using my plants as the guide anyway

If your feeding your plants by PPM levels instead of dosages then ...yes you want to add the ppm"s of your water .
so if you want say a ppm level of 1200 to feed with & your tap is 300 then you need 900 ppms of nutes & additives .
