ive seen those energy shots advertised like their the best thing since sliced bread and i was wondering if anyones tried any that work im always draggin at work... let me know

i would recommend skipping alcohol for a bit, dropping smoking cigarettes if thats your thing and passing on anything pill or snort related. Then eating fresh cooked food made from fresh ingredients rather than out of a freezer box or fast food joint. That will be far better for you than those energy drinks. Those things are bad for your liver and over time will leave you even worse off.

sounds boring but natural is the answer and it always has been since man's time began. A bit of exercise to get the heart rate up doesn't hurt either. You wil have more energy than that stuff will ever give you.

And finally, do not mix those with alcohol, you will get a screwed liver in a year or two. google it. people 25 years old with dead livers from drinking that kinda shit and alcohol... double whammy
 
drink a Bull and smoke a Sativa......Tried 5 hour energy, and it was like 5 min energy....tried it based on all the hype i heard.....redbull and pipe packed of a good sat. does the trick for me...also Treble's ideas are just as good, if not better!!

I tried a "Five Hour Energy" drink and it did help me some. I had a night where I basically didn't sleep at all but come sunrise it was time to go to class and I was starting to feel a bit sleepy. Decided to pick of one of these and basically just chugged it down. After about 15 minutes my face felt warm/red (niacin effect) and I felt a little bit more alert. I was a little jittery from the caffeine (it claims to have as much as one cup of coffee but for me that's enough since I rarely consume caffeine.) I made it through both of my classes but I got a case of the shits after school. Not the best thing ever but not the worst I've tried, either. I'd give it a 3 out of 5 for effectiveness in my case.

A more natural way might be to eat a more balanced diet or perhaps exercise/work-out on a regular basis. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep on a regular schedule per night helps also. For that little extra boost, I usually just smoke a bowl or two of some nice sativa.

This "Energy Shooter" if used properly will wake you from your stupor and give what feels like hours of boundless energy!!Definately wake you up :wave:
