DIY: Stealth Growroom

Hi, my account here is new but i am an old user who got lost for a few years hehe, well i saw that my old user and diy thread was gone, i know it helped alot of people making their growroom silent. So i´m going to repost it here.

Goal :
- Veg and Flowering (2in1)
- Make it somewhat stealth.
- Make it silent.
- Through the wall exhaust (Outdoors)

The Blueprints : (250 x 230 x 90 cm)


A line on the floor to show where the new wall (containing the growroom) will be :

Using density fiber :

Using broadband absorbing foam between 2 sheets of desity fiber provides noise reduction from things like, fans and pumps :

We glued the reflektive plastic to the sides early in the process to ensure dry surfaces everywhere :

Then we move on to the walls, need them to look like they have allways been there.

I use fiber gauze (i think its called) same stuff all around our house, in fact most common thing used in new buildings in our country......anyways :

Last bits and pieces :

Electricity :
Bottom ones for pumps and extra fans, top one dedicated to the 600W HPS bulb (Ballast is outside the room)

This growroom was build in 2008, and is still to this day running and producing amazing results. the growroom contains 2 x GHE ecogrowers constantly flowering 12 plants.
