diy reflector

Can you build your own reflector out of panda film or mylar? Since reflectors/hoods are heat conductors in the grow room I would like to make a dome like reflector that isn't made of metal or anything that holds heat. Any ideas or links to diy reflectors?

When you first get into the engineering of growing weed, much noise is made on the reflectance of light, yes its true, but not so important as better ...even good ventilation in which many reflectors do inhibit many grow rooms air flows,

after years of growing I've tried hundreds(citation needed) of reflectors, each time in some way making the air flow worse, eventually I stripped down a small 1kw heater and used the reflectance shield of the heater ...a little larger then the 600w bulb to great success, other guys doing the same have used the .99c roasting pan, to great effect, whatever you do ....make it fire proof, and yeah ....consider your venting and air flow

Anything silver will reflect more heat, mirrors are the worst.
Flat white is best colour and light reflector.
cooltubes work well.
Maybe you could try building one from a large bottle or jar and a glass cutter.
You could insert the heat proof reflector inside the glass tube...

you can use a bake a round and aluminum or that material they use in hoods....yeehaw..mylar or plastic isn't the best idea...
