I bought a tent recently to get back on my feet after a bust.
Not this brandname "Homebox" one but a cheaper no name copy, but basically the same tent.
On page 1 and on assembly sequence 10-11 this part is missing, along with four of the 16mm (5/8inch) poles from the top.
I guess I can get some 16mm steel pole and saw it easy to 4 pieces or get it done at the hardware store if I feel lazy.
But the center pole piece is the problem.
I have not found a place to order it, and I am not skilled in "DIY" stuff..
I could set up a grow in the bathroom but then it would mean no shower for me for a few months...
Plus the plants wouldn't be under the light evenly, in the tent I can have a 3x3 formation while in the bathroom it's like a double row. Maybe I could just keep switching the places every now and then to get over the uneven light distribution issue?
What do you guys think? How to make the tent usable? I have not been able to find any stores online selling these parts...
Or would you just grow in the bathroom?

Pros
- Even light distribution as plants can be in the middle
- More light reflective interior
Cons
- Hassle because of missing parts
- Tent would be straight in the living room so if someone not-invited walks in it will be clear right away that SOMETHINGS GOING ON while bathroom would be still one door away.
Bathroom
Pros
- One can splash liquids anywhere and doesn't have to worry about it.
- Easy to set up (hanging the light being the hardest part)
- A bit stealthier because one would need to enter the bathroom to know what's up while the tent would be detected on entering from the front door.
Cons
- Going to shower at your mates place.
- Taking a shit.... Imagine tetris on hard with weed plants growing from the blocks and you get the picture.
