come on disabled growers post the ways u have over come your biability to transplant with out killing plant

Not disabled here but maybe consider double potting.

Once your ready to transplant just place the old container a few inches deep into a new, larger, soil filled container.

i am a quad w/limited hand function and MJpassion posted how i do it but you can also veg in a net pot or in any pot that will allow roots to grow thru once re planted into the hole as MJPassion suggested.

I'm not sure of your set up... but if its raised up on a table it might be a lil easier to handle with care..
