I was wondering if the following was possible: If you had two different IBL strains, a male and female and crossed them to make F1's, and then did a sibling cross with them to make F2's - would it be possible with enough work to get something almost exactly the same as the original plants you started with?
I hope that made sense. It seems logical that all the genetic info should be there to make something almost exactly like the originals, although I could be wrong. With the F2's there would be great genetic diversity, and combining them in an intelligent fashion should in my mind be able to recreate any strain that was ever made from these specific plants, be it a specimen from the F1's, f2's or the original clones that started it all.
I am finding it very hard to explain myself after smoking too much tonite, so I hope that made sense. Uf not i'll clear it up a bit in a while. Thanks in advance!
