Digging myself out of a Hole

With medical marijuana for my state on the very near horizon I wanted to finally show what happens when my setup is finally dialed in. I've only got one lonely lady at the moment. She came from some so-so bagseed but has turned out to be a vigorous mostly sativa hybrid. I have a few questions for the more experienced grower.I'm using what was originally a soil mix of Humus soil, Miracle Grow organic potting soil, hydroton, coco, and perlite with the lucas formula for Maxibloom and recently added liquid KoolBloom .Shes officially 4 weeks (probably 2 months old total) into flower with tiny buds with almost no smell.
Is it possible for decent smoke to have no smell while growing?
Is it safe to spray lactobacillus on budding plants?
Would aquarium water from an established aquarium with moderate levels of NO3 be safe for future clones?
And last my soil seams to get this white mold looking stuff on the top. What is this and is it negative?
Thanks heres some pix

If there is slow release fertilizer in the miracle grow soil and you are adding fertilizer when you water there may be problems.

They look like they might just be a tad overwatered but that could also be from the misting of the plants and keeping the medium moist also.

The white stuff on the top of the soil could be a good thing or a bad thing. I know there is a thread on here talking about beneficial mold I think it was?especially with coco.

I forgot where I read that on here I had the same thing happen with my last grow in coco with fabric smart pots my dumb ass didn't know what it was and I kept washing it off and wiping it off. I would look around the forum a bit and try to find that thread that talks about the white moldy looking stuff and why it's beneficial.

Some MG soils use what the industry calls "prills". a tiny little ball or many that hold fertilizer within and is also a :slow release pellet" see if these are in the soil. if not then the soil was basically"pretreated" this type of mg might be possible to wash away the company added ferts. firehound
