Different Buds

Y is it my buds are a different strain but when dried an cured they look tha same? I grew out some Northern Lights and some Blue Mystic Autos the NLs weren't autos and the buds i harvested from both look tha same an i harvested at totally different times.
Here are my Northern Lights.

Nothing i know of besides getting the seeds from two different banks at different times LOL

This is the line up i use.

So i would have to drop it down to less than 5mls or A and raise up to more than 7.5mls would be my guess. I would just need to figure out tha flower timing?

Never judge a book by its cover. Also you may have not gotten the exact cultivar you ordered. Some banks are shady. And also did you get them from royal queen seeds? Maybe they messed up packagingXD

next time you grow it out, assuming you took clones. just feed the minimum amount of food you can without them suffering too many deficiencies. after you see how they look normally then adjust the feed accordingly. till you max out on what they will tolerate before doing that reveg foxtail shit like it looks like what happened above.

its also a herm I see nanners atleast 2 in pic #1 at bottom ..I say shitty genetics ...looks like hay to me don't look very dense....yeehaw...lol lots of strains toss a few nanners at the end..the blue mystic looks better than the NL

I have run the same plants many runs, simple tweaks can make buds look entirely different.

You've got to lock down you fert, micronutrient, pH and water to get the most out of plants.

I see similarities but can see differences to

Looks like they both may have been cut a little early? The color & coverage of the pistils gives me that impression (pistils that are that bright and dense suggest they dried after cutting rather than on the plant), and immature buds with immature calyxes will definitely look similar. There's also plenty of strains that just have small calyxes and will look like that no matter when you cut, so I'm not entirely convinced, but it's another possibility to consider.

They look way different to me.
One is more orangey, where the other is brown.

Also one is a lot darker green than the other.

How the smells?

It looks better in the dried pic, imvho.

But, I'd deffo smoke some of that with ya.

Edit: I'd light up the one on the right first.

I use tha line up posted to a T and my PH fluctuates from 6.5-7.0 stayes most of the time closer to 7.0, i use poland springs all the time, n i got my plants under a 1000w MH/HPS light MH for veg and HPS for flower. What can i tweak besides my nutes.

Its soil! I only run dro or soil.
