have something stolen from you at work .well my kid just bought an 80 gig ipod 378.00 with tax ,got it sunday it was stolen from his bag where he works monday night .

yea, last year someone stole my kid's brand new bike out of our yard 3 days after Christmas...

your kid needs to find and own this thief and I dont necessarily mean physically owned... if they work together then patience will turn up the culprit. They will slip up and reveal themselves. then its all his (your boys) for the taking.

a few days have passed now.. have you had a talk about who your kid showed the ipod to or told about it? does he have suspicions already?

like Ms.Grat3ful I'm going to vote karma but sometimes I think you have to take the opportunity to make karma happen if you see it there. maybe the thing will go off in the little bastards pocket and sort out future generations... or give the ladies something to laugh at.

I had a similar thing happen to me once, 60 gig ipod down the drain, and I think i know who did it, but fuck that I dont need any felonious assaults or nothing ill just take it as a loss.

Buy yourself some UV paint and mark something of value. Get him to leave it somewhere not too obvious but tempting enough to the thief. At the end of the night if it's gone all you need do is shine a UV light over peoples hands and you have found your thief. A few threats later and you will either have your ipod back or the cash it cost. Noone gets hurt or arrested and you get the satisfying buzz of fucking over a thief, and watching his sorry ass take the walk of shame away from the job and friends he just lost!

More importanly than who took it...since when are there 80gig Ipods? Here I was thinking my 30gig wasn't too obsolete...oh well.

Ahem, regardless though where is his bag kept? Is it in an area with cameras? It still can't hurt to let the store know about it, tell the manager(s) to keep an eye out for any employee' walking into work with an Ipod that they've never brought in before.

Fucking hell...in LA, I saved up and bought this SWEET samurai sword ($2000). Got jipped when I was away. Man I was so pissed!! i wanted to go there and like red145 said linem up but with my temper i'd end up in jail after the blackout mode went away and my kid gets the same thing with the blackout
a couple a times i went for someone and didnt even know what happened to the guy till my friends were screaming at me to stop
so it best i dont go near there
as for cameras they dont have in the breakrooms
