and yes I have been flir,d...... 2 times while at a friends house..found out from motion for discovery after he was busted didn't know at the time, and once living in mass..they weren't very stealthy at all....... I borrowed a handheld once off a friend who worked for an insulation/window company...nothing there for you to feel..

I stayed inside but this one wasnt whizzing by. It was slowly passing. A few nights before they were circling and shining a light on a neighbors house. I shut off my lights in case they were using flir cuz of the burglar or whomever they were searching for.
That and they knocked over our dispensary recently.
I also read that FLIR feels like heat on the body and this felt like heat or microwaves. Chopper left. Waves stopped.
I dont mind the jokes.

FLIR is passive detection, it does not emit beams or anything else, YOU CANNOT FEEL IT ON YOUR BODY! Please do research before posting.

To explain it briefly the FLIR lens sees heat in much the same way that the human eye sees light.
