did i do it right??!

I just tried to make some canna butter . 1st time trying
i simmered some bud, 5.5 grams in 1 stick of butter for 20 min.. turned the butter brown. strained the butter through a metal strainer into a bowl and its currently in my fridge.

i just read a recipe a guy has on here and he used water when he made his.
did i do it wrong?

well i ate some of it..
i spread it on top of some banana bread
pretty strong tasting.. i had trouble getting the food down
almost felt like ralphing. only ate like half of it
an hour later its been, no noticable body stone.

5 gram for one stick seems way to little for me, probebly why it was hard to get down. I suppose the taste came from al the plant matter, since it wasn't strained well enough(cheese cloth). If you ever try it again, good luck;)

Don't get discouraged! I used about the same amount in 1 stick of butter, but I put it in a pot with some water and simmered for like 4 hours. I made one batch of cookies with them, but I had to eat half of them at once on an empty stomach to get a strong effect.
 
I simmered a quarter of good stuff in the proportional amount of butter to oil for brownies a while ago, they were real knockouts
