Medium - Soil w/Perlite & Vermiculite.
Nutes - H&G Soil.
pH - 6.2-6.7.
Type - Various (from seed).
Temps - 25-30C

Plants have looked pretty much just like this for the past 3 weeks. Not grown an inch.

First those are really dry.

They need food. They are eating their own leaves.

Feed and water!

Also it looks to be a bug problem, can't quit tell but has the look on the sec pic.

Dry is an understatement! :biglaugh: Hungry is an even bigger understatement. Def water/feed those poor thirsty things!!!

Also, what type of soil are you using?

They're definitely not dry. Not wet, either.

I've given them every kind of nute at every possible ratio and potted them into every kind of soil.

What else could this be?!

It wouldn't even be worth saving those esp from seed. Cut your losses and start over dude

I agree. Next time get a tried and true good cannabis soil, like Foxfarm Happy Frog and make sure you pH the water to 6.5. In the beginning when I was starting out, I had shitty soil and my plants looked exactly like yours. I mean down to the purplish color on sick leaves. I finally switched to a recommended soil and was easy street.

Don't know why people keep talking about soil brands. I don't have any soil brands in my country. Never had a problem.

I'm gonna order new seeds, but I have some larger plants that I'm relying on right now, and they look kind of similar.

I have to figure out what is causing this or I won't be able to sleep at night.

The environment is fine, light is 400w. No issues there.
