The guy i,m going to grow for is up for renewal and Form D needs to be re-filed at the same time apparently. (Form D is for Designated grower)
Will I need to get pix taken again,another criminal check filled out etc.
We have been working on this DG thing as he had to apply to hire me as his new DG.So when forms were filled out all of section D was done at that time.Now his renewal has to be done by end of Aug........
A side note :when I got a clean criminal report done when the switch over for new DG was sent in the RCMP only gave me one copy which I photo-copied and I was wondering if I can use one of the photo-copied criminal reportsfor Form D for the renewal
I live in a small town and it takes three weeks or more to get a criminal report done,and with the new law comng out we want to be up and running by at least first week in Sept.
After a phone call was made to MMAR apparently the paperwork should be in this week that was filled out to make me his DG...
The renewal will be sent in immediately when the paperwork comes in that we,ve been waiting for several months now.
...anyone help out Pls.on what is needed for DG....Basically does a new DG form D have to be done each renewal period with pix,criminal check etc.
