Unfucking believable, the Ontario government has a draft that got out to the paper stating that they are considering denying any Covid 19 care to disabled people. Final solution Canadian style.

It's so unbelievable because it's not true. Where did you read this? You didn't give any source. Sounds like some bullshit that you heard on the Facebook.

Why single out the disabled, while we’re at it, let’s include everyone over 50. Any fucking law that denies healthcare to anyone is wrong. What if it was your mother, or your wife or your kid? How the fuck would you feel then?

Let’s talk about the able bodied alcoholic who beats his wife and kids everyday vs the disabled man who volunteers to feed the homeless 5 days a week or how about the able bodied kid who sticks a gun in your face to rob you vs the teacher paralyzed in the wheelchair who teaches your kids every day. The list goes on. Letting the government decide who should live or die is wrong plain and simple.

Why don’t we just lock the doors on all the long term care homes, old age homes, hospices etc. Let them take care of themselves. I’m sure that’ll free up some beds for all the important people, you know presidents, prime minister’s, mayors, all the business leaders. People that matter, am I right?

How many members here are old enough to remember having those drills in primary school where we were instructed to turtle up in the hallways for protection in the event of nuclear war?

This is why health care shouldn't be a right. Nothing material ever really can be guaranteed. In this case it's kind of arbitrary because disabled people often contribute far more to society than their able bodied cohorts. So yeah. For the record I'm on the kill list if I get seriously sick. Thanks autoimmune disorder.

Okay, I’ll stop now. This just really, really pisses me off.
Rant over.
@smokerman. Yes, I can see that being frustrating. Could be a human rights issue for sure. Nevertheless, the covid protocols and mandates change on a daily basis. Flattening the curve will no doubt have a positive impact.
Off-topic, would it be possible to contact regarding consult for an HVAC setup..grow op?
I just signed on in hopes to find someone with HVAC knowledge in the GTA area. I dont think I can PM you at this time. If you can reply/PM me that would be appreciated.
