Defoliation and CO2

I'm on day 24 in flower, did a quite heavy defoliation on day 22. I'll do some light defoliation if necessary up until around day 45 and then I'll defoliate heavy again. I have CO2 tank, but it only lasts ~2 days and I can only afford to refill it once, so I'll add extra CO2 for 4-5 days When is the best time to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Flowering is not the best time to be doing any training, trimming, pruning, etc.

This would have been better done in the vegging mode.
If you do too much work on flowering plants you could
set them back a few weeks.

Only add CO2 when the light is on.

Forgot to mention that I also did some defoliation during the vegetative period and that everything else is dialed in and looking good.

I usually lollipop 10 days into flower, light de-leaf near the end of week 4 taking dieing leafs from the bottom and 3-5 leafs from the top that are directly over buds then finish it off with an intense de-leaf at the end of week 6 taking all stemmed fan leafs to get light everywhere and harden it up (Always force to finish to harvest week 9 day 1). 2 days worth of co2 is not worth the investment in my opinion, if i had to choose a time to use a two day supply i would do mid week 6 (for my time constrained system) or when you notice your plants starting to bulk. Read your plants and react accordingly.
