Defoliating Auto

Hello! First time posting here!

I am microgrowing an autoflower(jock horror) and everything is going very well. I am using a SCROG net to train the little beast and it has filled out nicely, she just started flowering about a week ago.

Writing this to ask you guys' opinions on defoliating or pruning autoflowers. I have held off until this point but the sheer amount of massive fan leaves I have is starting to worry me. The leaves are taking up a lot of space and preventing light from reaching some tops and bud sites. I am worried that the contact that so many of these leaves have with each other will lead to mildew.

Every instinct I have tells me I shouldn't defoliate/prune my auto but given my restricted space it may need to be done.

Ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

Don't worry about fan leaves....leave them be. Increase air circulation if you feel mildew might occur.
