firstly, the real G13 is a clone-only specimen, so it would be G13xDC.

Secondly, I'm pretty sure, the real, pure, verifiable G13 does not exist anymore.

The only verifiable seed stock with real G13 in it is G13xSkunk, G13xHaze, and G13xHashPlant.

There are 3 popular G13 'knockoff' cuts that circulate regularly. Pacific's G13, Airborne's G13, and So Cal G13.

I have only tried PG13, and it was quite different from the 'real G13' description, but still an elite in it's own right, it's a top 5 fave for me, probly around #3 right now.

From what I can gather, the So Cal G13 is super rare, and considered the best. And the concensus seems to be that the PG13 is better than the AG13, altho many do like the AG13.


The above is just a compilation from reading huge G13 threads on OG, CW and other sites. It's by no means undisputable fact, just what I've come to believe after lots of research.


That being said, I'm making a PG13xDC cross right now. But it really has nothing to do with 'real' G13xDC.

as i know there is no pure G13/Haze seed line , as G13/Haze is a lone male , no fem´s are here ..

Yes, my understanings are the same, but the where does the G13 Haze come from.. specialy the G13 part :) Is it the real, pure, verifiable G13, that does not exist anymore, crossed with haze?

yes, sorry, fj is right. More what I meant is the G13xHaze in one of the last avaliable (relatively avaliable, more so than the real G13, but still hard to get as it's soma's breeding male) lines with pure G13 in it.

that's why i put the disclaimer up, i'm going off memory from about a year ago.. but if anyone knows any different please post away. I'm all for more knowledge.

It would be a good cross. Might bring some yield to the DC and some extra indica funk to it.

I just got a couple clones of some G13xHashplant...

Could anyone enlighten me on the details ( flowering time, yield, smoke?) tried searching for a thread but couldnt come across one... so i thought appropriate to post in this here g13 thread... anyone?

so is Sensi seeds G13 x Hashplant an f2 stock? cause if the G13 clone is dead by now, how in the world are they still making G13 x Hashplant f1 stock. I do'nt believe that their old stock will last up to now right? Just a thought,

well youre probably right about one thing.
theres a very good chance sensi has been (selectively) inbreeding it.
i havent grown mr nice yet, but their jack herer has definitely been 'bottlenecked'.
however, this is would be the natural path for sensi seeds, id imagine.
as narrowing down variation makes for a more uniform pack o' 10 (or 12, as it were..)
of course, this may be better for those who wish to make f1 crosses with these strains,
but for those looking for a special phenotype, it makes things much more difficult. rare even.

Interesting.

I thought there was supposed to be a 20+ year old mother of the original mississippi g13 specimine in northern illinois. What a shame.. Any how got a link to a PG- Chuunk thread?

I have DC X NutCruncher just started. Should be quite interesting. The nut cruncher is petrolia headstash X Airborne G13
