Here I am!
It's been a while since I could get to this...been extremly busy with all kinds of stuff, but here we go................
So far, I've only grown out 2 Deep Chunk females and 2 males(I used the pollen from the shorter and stinkier male of the two, and dusted some lower buds on my Sour Diesel 2.5 female)
There is some small variation between the plants, but not much. Tomhill knows his plant well, because it did everything he said it would.......yield is low.....your damn right!! DC is easily the worst yielding plant I have ever grown, hands down! When I did the final trim to the better, more frosty of the two plants, #1, the pile of trim was the same size as the pile of trimmed buds! WTF?? That leads into the next thing TH said.......very leafy......BIG, wide indica leaves that have to be pruned in such a way to let light into the plant.......Did I say BIG leaves???...As big as dinner plates!
But all that aside.........the finished product (of what I've smoked uncured) is damn good from the #1 pheno! The #2 pheno is just a lesser version of the #1.....less taste, less trich's, and less of a high, so I won't really bother with a smoke report on that plant, just the #1 when it's ready.
I love the way this stuff tastes so far....a rich, thick, smooth smoke on the exhale, tastes like piney/earty/hashy indica goodness! And the high is a classic! I smoked a joint last night, and was stumbling around all giddy....saying '' Holy Shit!"... I'm f*cked up!!
For being such a pure indica, it has a fair amount of a cerebral effect too, which makes for a great high. EASILY, some of the prettiest looking herb I've grown....frosty and purple can't go wrong!

Very nice looking buds that Deep Chunk makes. And I love the coloring. Just sorry to hear about the yeild. With a name like Deep Chunk it should yeild more. But I look foward to your smoke report on #1. Still no word on anything! Stay tuned....
