Declined credit card hold?? seed boutique

Hey everyone, I ordered some ultra sonja last week, got my confirmation email, my credit card is good and has available funds. So after a couple days of not getting a order update I checked my account and saw it says declined credit card hold. Just curious when the order will go thru? Anyone else ever expierience this? Thanks for the help!

Order Status Updates:

Awaiting Payment = you have elected to mail in your order with payment; payment has not arrived yet.

Payment Received = Your payment, via mailed in funds or by credit card, has been received.

In packing = Your order has been received, order being prepared for shipping.

Order Shipped = The date noted means it's IN THE MAIL.

Order Partially Shipped = One or more items in your order has become 'out of inventory' since placing your order. Refer to the comments section of your order for customer support notes and reply accordingly. Items in stock have been mailed on the date noted.

Contact Admin = Questions pertaining to your order exists, (anything from shipping addy clarification to inventory). You need to send an email to support inclusive of your order number. There is a 'comments' section and you should read that area of your online order 'prior to sending your email' so that you can answer the question or comment support has posted there.

Credit Card Declined = A multitude of reasons exists for this status. Seedboutique utilizes AVS (Address Verification System) to warrant against fraudulent purchases. Declines can range from your inclusion of incorrect info regarding cardholder name (as it appears on the card), billing address (the address your credit card co has for billing you), an incorrect CVV2 number (3 digits located on back of your card) to you've not enough funds on your card for the transaction to be authorized/processed. You should always double check your info for accuracy prior to submitting the order. If you have submitted all the correct information and your card has been declined then it's most likely that there are insufficient funds/credit available to complete the order and you should choose an alternate form of payment.

*Note: Orders placed by printing out the order form and thereby not utilizing the shopping cart system do not receive an order number and therefore do not receive status updates online.

Recently I found out that some banks are by default, due to rampant international credit fraud, are putting a regional/national lock on the card. You may have to contact them to request a specific region to be unlocked for a specific time period.


ie unlock purchases from the UK for the next 2 days. ... or 6 months if you plan repeated purchases.

One of my cards will ONLY unlock purchase ability in 2 foreign countries, for a MAX of 6 months each, at any given time as a fraud protection.
 
Thanks for the replys everyone. I think it may be due to the fact it was the third time I ordered in like a 2 week period. though I dont see why I have a declined credit card hold status, even after getting my first confirmation email, seems that the transaction was going thru and then was put on hold, anyways already sent an email yesterday so hoping to know something soon. Thanks again for the help folks
