decayed leaf... what caused this?

I put this one outdoors 1 week ago after i had it vegging inside for about 9 days so its aprox 2 weeks old. what is this decay on the the lower leaf towards the bottom of the picture.

when i transplanted these plants outdoors i used superthrive, could this be a nute burn if perhaps i put too much in?

You will be looking for bugs......

Are you talking about the holes in the leaves? That is from bugs eating your plants......
You will need to get some bug replent and put it on them.... I would only use organic way tough if I were you.......
