Decarb First!

I have discovered that when using hash for baking (usually 7 grams to a stick of butter/ghee) that baking cookies (even after flattening-out) at 350 for 11 min does not do a thorough job. Those temps do a good job on old material that allready has decarbed alot, but not hash made from fresh material.

Now I decarb all of the hash before infusion.

Any tips on most effective yet practical method for decarbing kief for baking??

I usually mix my dry kief (190u) with butter and bake per recipe however I some shorter bake time or lower temp recipes don't deliver the punch I require.

I put my keif/hash in a pyrex measuring glass and into a preheated oven @ 250F for 23 minutes, then add butter or oil called for in the recipe after removing from oven. Mix it up real good and add to recipe. Works every time.

BigBud, same thing in my past experience for me to make it work, otherwise it's just like pissing in an ocean.
