I have discovered that when using hash for baking (usually 7 grams to a stick of butter/ghee) that baking cookies (even after flattening-out) at 350 for 11 min does not do a thorough job. Those temps do a good job on old material that allready has decarbed alot, but not hash made from fresh material.
Now I decarb all of the hash before infusion.
