Dead White Dwarf seedling?

Hey all...total newb here and I have a question. I successfully germinated 5 White Dwarf seeds and put them into FFOF 4 days ago. 4 are doing great but 1 popped through the soil and has done nothing more in the subsequent 3 days. While the others are growing and adding tiny new leaves this one remains rather limp and lifeless.
Does this happen regularly? Could this just be a "bad seed" so to speak?
I'm using ICC's grow method but have not yet fed the plants their 1st feeding (day 7-10).
Any advise you can provide is greatly appreciated. I've been lurking here for awhile and have learned so much already thanks to the many experienced people here. Thanks to all for sharing your knowledge.

its not dead yet, just looks like a runt. you get them from time to time, nothing to worry about if u got other plants on the go. leave it be and see what happens, ive had a few runts turn into super frosty dwarfs, always nice to see what happens

I wouldnt worry about one seed.

I'm not really worried about it. Just trying to learn from my mistake, if I made one.

You might be correct there. I looked at the plant this morning and the yellow leaves have finally opened and there are 2 very tiny little green leaves forming. Hoping it makes it.

Thanks everyone for your input/assistance!
