I thought this was really interesting. I did not know about this.
"The DEA is currently directed by Michele Leonhart, a Bush Administration holdover who has presided over numerous medical marijuana raids, and has obstructed research efforts to develop marijuana for medicine.

This is a great example of why Prop 19 will not work.. and this was a "legal and regulated" Prop 215 grow

Just pass prop 19 and it will be legal. Everyone will grow it, and they will have to try growers federally. Thats commercial growers, not people with 10-20 plants.

I know lots of "mom & pop" 215 operations that grow 99 plants.. how is it that you come to the conclusion that "10-20 plants" is the cut-off before you're looked at as a commercial grower? what is your definition of a "commercial grower"?

i garuntee once philip and morris or what ever marabarlo is owned by that they will have the biggest and baddest grow and will never be harrassed... i hate our government.
