day-to-day yellowing (from bottom-up) in flowering? is this normal?

hey guys this is my first grow, in flowering around 3-4 weeks along. My bottom leaves become more and more yellow every day and it seems to work its way upwards, leaving me cutting the bottom leaves off once they die.

is this normal?

in coco
nutes are :
canna a+b 10ml each
bcuzz bloom 4ml
canna pk 3ml

ppm going in ~950-1000
ppm run off ~ 600
ph going in ~6.0
ph run off ~ 6.7

this is pretty normal in my experience.. i believe it is caused by the lack of nitrogen most bloom formulas have.. it is a nitrogen deficiency, and from everything i have read it is a normal part of flowering.. as long as it stays in the lower growth you are ok, if you are seeing new growth yellow, i would add a little bit of something with some nitrogen. Just know that adding nitrogen will not bring those yellow leaves back to green.. I am 5 weeks into my flowering and i am starting to notice the same thing.. I add no additional nitro, and the flowers themselves look fantastic. I wouldn;t worry to much.. :)

Good luck, and I will be interested to see how this turns out for ya :)
Hope it helps

Ahoi-hoi mate :)
Yeah, you know what, ive got the same problem!
Tho, mine has more burn crispness added to the yellowing.
Ive been reading everything about it. It is usually caused by the PH, Nitrogen, Sulfer, or over-firtilized.
Yours dosent look like its Sulfer, the PH looks ok, and it dosent appear that its over firtilized.
While I am no expert grower and shouldnt give advice since I have the same problem, In my opinion yours looks like its just nitrogen defficient, which is normal when your plant is flowering.
Id add just a little more nitrogen and see if the yellowing slows. If it does slow, Id add a little more nitrogen for a few weeks then stop the last 4 weeks of flowering of so. But if it gets worse, Id flush it a little bit and then add a little less firtilizer. But since your putting 1000ppm in and getting 600ppm out, it dosent look over firtilized.
But again, ive got the same problem, tho I think mine is over firtilized. Im going to get a ppm meter and check a little later when my lights go on.
So lets wait and see what everyone else thinks first.

Are the plant's roots really shoving through the bottom of the container?

If so, the yellowing might be caused by the plant being rootbound and not by a deficiency of Nitrogen.

No, hes growing hydro, you dont really get root bound from hydro.
Im 90% positive by in just a nitrogen deficientcy. You need some nitrogen to keep the leaves alive since they store the energy that causes the buds to grow. Youll get nugz either way, but you get more nug if you keep the leaves alive and healthy.
Add a little bit of nitrogen like I said earlier, and stop adding nitrogen like 4 weeks from harvest. Or just leave it. Eitherway youll be ok tho, its nothing to really sweat over.
Alot of people say that nitrogen in you plants is bad when you get close to harvest as it burns your throat, but its really magnesium that is responsable for that. But too much nitrogen in your plant when you harvest will make you nugz not burn as well when you smoke it.
Just do like what I said earlier, stop 4 weeks out, and remember to flush your system like 7-10 days before harvest and you will be A OK FRANKIE!

well yeah DR love i appreicate your help,

actually i was onyl using 6-7ml of canna a+B up until a couple days ago when i noticed this, i then upped it to 10ml but im still seeing yellowing. Canna A has more nitrogen, should i maybe up my dose of Canna A?

and here she is today, looking even more yellow. Is this yellowing happening faster than it should? also i was wrong in saying i was 3-4 weeks along, in reality im around ~20 days into flowering. at what stage of flowering do i start to see more crystals on the leaves (as there are none right now). Thanks
