°°Day 60 Flowering - Horrible Dryness Despite Acceptable Environment°°

I am on day 60 of flowering. About 2 or 3 weeks ago it was pretty hot here...like 90°-95°. I was having humidity problems of 10%-20% (lack of humidity) but the leaves stayed green for the most part. Now I have taken the advice of fellow ICMAGGERS and have increased the humidity to 40%-55% by creating a wick with a towel and bucket of water and the temperatures have dropped to 68°-81°f regularly. When the temperature outside dropped from 90° to 65° one day (fall came)I chose one day to turn my window fans from blowing in to blowing out and only one fan instead of two fans. The next day I saw really dry leaves curling under and discoloration. Some leaf tips turned completely brown, it wasnt looking good. Now its still very very dry 3 weeks later even though it gets good air flow and is no longer too hot, the humidity is 50% and the plants soil has never got as dry as that day. I cannot seem to get the leaves to turn green again wonder how this affects my plants flowering. Many of the leaves have died and dried up. Please help!!!

Oh, here is one of the flowers :)

edited: I might add that I had some over fert issues earlier on in flowering so I didnt use fertilizer for 3 weeks thinking I was closer to harvest then I really was (this if my first time growing ever) ...with that being said my plants could have had nutrient deficiencies which account for the yellow coloring.....just a thought

That bud don't appear to be suffering any low humidity problems omho.

Could it be that you're just seeing the yellowing off of lower leafs ?
(which btw is totally normal in late flowering)

Furthermore, congratulations on that first completed grow. :)
Looks about done from here socky3y3
Clear it on straight ph'd water for a few days and harvest it

A stable environment is what plants crave most.
Often underlooked, yet vitally important.
Plant's do not like change.

NONE of the buds are dry, only the leaves. If you look closely in the picture, in the background on the left side there is one of the dried up leaves.

Also, shouldnt I wait until the trichomes are mostly milky or slightly amber? if so now is not the time to harvest. Being that I am new, sorry in advance if this is a stupid question

Of course checking the trichs with a scope is preferred, but I would guess from your pic that you have mostly all cloudy, and some clear. Another 3 to 10 days and I think your golden. If your shooting for more amber, feed it once more (lightly) then water from there on out. If going for more cloudy, then water only till chop.

That browning and dying is normal for this stage of the plants life. It seems a little high on the plant if you want more of a couchlock (hence one more light feeding), but if your shooting for a more "up" your pretty much right on schedule.

Also, adding in molasses (1 tsp per gal) to the last couple waterings seems to help with the final flush.

<edit> If your trichs are more clear still than cloudy, then I would stick with the flower nutes until your within 30% or so of your goal. (if you want 90/10 cloudy/amber, stop feeding @ 20/80 clear/cloudy)
