DARKROOM vs HOMEBOX silver ?

Hi guys

i will buy my new tent tomorrow..it will be 120cm X120cm.but i cant decided the brand..
which one do you recommend me ??
dakroom DR120 or Homebox Silver XL ?

and i need advices shops where i can buy cheapest and online in Europe ?

The Homebox tents are great, but I've not seen any feedback on the new Homebox Silver.

Futhermore, the silver interior Growlab tents designed by Homebox have a few major problems according to user feedback. Supposedly the canvas is not bonded to the reflective material properly and comes apart right away when rubbed or creased, making bubbles.

Same user has said the corner broke the first time it was setup. Other users say they leak light.

So, I can't recommend the Homebox Silver until I know it doesn't have these issues that are popping up in the Growlab tent which they designed.

As for the Darkroom, well I have 2, an older model 120 and a newer 150. Both are great tents, especially the 2008 model, and I recommend them without reservation.

I also regularly recommend the Homebox tents, just can't do that for the Silver one yet.

Don't know anything about shops in Europe, so can't give any advice there.

it looks like very quality and has thermal protection,too.

Hi i just just got the budbox silver 1x1x2m (almost identical product) and put it together yesterday, it went together with ease, except for a slight prob getting the 3 top poles to stay in position all at the same time lol...it looked bigger than i expected once together. All i have done is put it together i have not checked for light leaks etc as im waiting for my reflector and light to come, but so far im happy as larry. Let me know what u think once u have erected it plz...

I just got my growlab tent by homebox. I think this thing is fantastic! I haven't had any of the problems you described mr. bongjangles but, I've only had it set up for two days. As long as the lining holds together, I am a satisfied customer!
