IMO, 30-45% humidity is too low for seedlings. put a humidity dome.
the soil mix might be OK but I did do a similar seed start using MG "organic choice" and almost killed em all. I ended up transplanting the seedlings out of that crap peaty dirt into better soil and they started responding the next day in spite of the trauma.
watch if your seedlings get any paler in green and also watch those purplish edges to see if it starts drying. they dont look that bad at the moment.
Red party cups? Didn't you read the FAQs? You have to use BLUE party cups for veg!
hahahahaha sorry....
I would not add a dome for risk of damping-off.
I would also not use pure peat for seedlings because of the pH issues. Most commercial mixes are peat based but treated with lime. Farffards seedling mix is my favorite.
Both your organic soil (I think that stuff is basically generic MG Organic) and your pre-ferted perlite may be causing you issues. If you see actual tip-burn, FLUSH immediately. Meanwhile, be careful not to overwater. Let the soil dry out rather well between waterings, and make sure the drain holes are large and free flowing. When you DO water with plain water, do it gently but heavily, to the point of slight runoff, to help get that perlite -borne fert out of there. Be ready to give a weak fertilizer solution when you see the 5th node unfolding.
The purple coloration may be a sign of good things to come, but the fact that you are seeing it now, this young, instead of a healthy green, says mild overfert to me.
