Customs

If you get the green tape and get your seeds snatched by customs, are you going to get fined? Does that automatically put you on some sort of black list? Anyone had experiences with this?

Nothing happens other than you should have a letter telling you you imported something you should not have. As a recipient you are not in control of what people send to you so they cant do much about that. You should, in total, have the parcel in it's entirety minus the seeds, some green tape over where they cut it and a note stating it's illegal to import seed. Other than that i remember people who got sezures over 3 years ago and they are still here.

Hope this helps put your mind at rest.

I actually have a customs letter sitting right beside me the one you get if you get popped for seeds.
SHEDULE 1 or 2 CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
(Marijuana,hashish,cocain,heroin,ghb,ectasy,khat,LSD, et.
If the item(s) seized are controlled subtances in Schedule 1 or 2 of Title 21 U.S. Code, Section 812, no further correspondence will be issued to you. The items are considerd contraband and are immediatly forfeited the the United States.

So theoretically you could have tons of cocaine sent to your house, and since your not responsible for what is sent to your house, you get off without charge?

It's hard to fit a ton in those little priority mail boxes.

and USPS dosen't like anything over about 70 lbs. or so

Thank you for citing this. Then say like 60 lbs. If it was caught through the mailing system you would have no fines against you?

there's the law and then there's what the government can do to you. The patriot act has given us the gestapo in the U.S., so sending large amounts of drugs to yourself probably wouldn't be the best idea. They almost always can find some way to charge you if they really want to.

Nope. They just won't investigate little fish..

once you take possession - your ass is grass - so to speak, same deal with cars/trucks. Somebody hides contraband - say in the tires - you - pull up with keys - get in and drive off - - rut-row.

At least with the mail, you might avoid interstate transportation, but there's gotta be a law aginst having the mail man do it, so back to the same deal.

I wasn't the one that suggested mailing a ton.

And - the Hope Diamond was - delivered by mailman.

There are damn few drug dogs inspecting anything imported, concidering the amount of stuff that flows around the world. A 60lb box full of coke looks a lot like a 60lb box of books provided it didn't get broken open in transit - odds are it would arrive safe and sound.

60 lbs of toot - how the hell did we get on this topic - oh yeah tons

Shit I just wana have some bud if I take a vacation.

From what I have heard is they try to get you to sign for the package. People usually wont sign for something they arent expecting. With that much coke the DEA would dress up as postal workers. If you refused to sign for it I am sure you are still going to go for a ride and be questioned for a bit, lol.....

I've had a ton sent to Sirius420 so now all we have to do is sit back and see what happens. Thanks for taking one for the team dude, you'll be answering a valuable question.

Oh, if Carlos turns up asking where his 'shit' went just give him $5 and send him off to McDonalds. Steer clear of bring rude or making any sudden movements though, he's still a bit jittery after the 'incident'!

As I'm preparing to place an order, this info update is much appreciated . . . especially the peek at the letter. Sure hope this goes thru!

I would try another seller.

I've never failed to recieve the package.

Your first question is, who else knows and can they beat you to the mail pickup? It's hard not to wana tell when you score some strawberry D or BOG's fine stuff but, that means there will be a small package in public reach - for a period of time. If your the only one that knows - then it's MUCH safer.

Get a PO box - and dont tell NOBODY

bummer about your beans -

K+ for the next run.

Let's be real - a pack or two of beans is - far too small to invest manpower in. A few ounces of beans - might draw some attention and - excuse the pun "Warrant" further scrutiny.

Can I inquire about the benefit of the PO Box? Unless you go through some fairly elaborate fake identity creation- the USPS or UPS Store or whoever still has your legit information. Why not just have it sent to your actual address at that point? I'm really struggling with how elaborate this should be if it's just a "you've been a very bad boy/girl" letter.

I am in between grows now, out of seeds, ready to purchase some, and looking at purchasing a new residence in the next few months. I was just going to have them sent to my current residence. I don't really hold friends that are cool w/ receiving beans in the mail themselves.

How simplistic or elaborate are everyone's methods here? I am anxious to get some "real" seeds(of course from SeedBay/Boutique).

I think I saw someone who had them sent to one address and forwarded to a PO Box. Either I'm not capable of envisioning the complex methods or maybe it's easier than I thought, but just need a little guidance?

if a letter/package is sent by regular air mail......and it is paid for by an untraceable payment.....then it would have to be prooved somehow that if it contained something that is controlled you solicited the mail in the first place........if this is not possible to do with no paper trail to follow then it would be considered UNSOLICITED MAIL......and that cannot get you into hot water.......anyone could have sent you that mail without you knowing anything about it.....

The benifit of a PO box is your the only one that knows about it - which number, where and - when a package is incomming. And the only ones that have access are postal employees - and not the general public.

My mail box is outside on the front of my quarters in public view and subject to being pilfered should I not be around when the mailman stops
