cultivation laws in Germany...

Sorry that i speak english here

I plan moving to Germany (Frankfurt) soon and im a personal grower.

Would like to ask you, how are laws for PERSONAL cultivation in Germany?

Let's say, if they bust you with 1 HPS lamp and 5-6 big plants, 200-400g of harvested marijuana, NO scale, NO baggies.
Could this end up with jail time? Or just a warning?

As i Know , if "they" bust you with 1 Lamp and stuff you describe it , its not too bad , specially it you have no Prior conviction .
Also important is that they cannot prove to you selling etc.
thats why its Important to own no scale .
But if you ask me , i say the Prohibition of Weed is BULLSHIT

it will be expensive (lawyer, court....) and you will get probation (if they find more than 7.5g THC in your harvest, which they definately will in 200g+, it's "not under a year", but for personal users that's always probation) but you won't get into jail if they can't prove you were selling.

just obey the golden rules (no smell, no tell, no sell) and you will be fine

if you don't fuck people, they usually dont fuck you. like everywhere else i think

if they catch you, so you get no parole prison. but a high fine!..
the first time at least.
But at the 2nd times, you will get bigger trouble ...

generally no more conspicuous than others.
not selling.
not reply.
do not get caught.

under what circumstances you are in the country?
because if it legal risk it not, they will kick you
when it comes to the crunch!

but better never...
