Critique my plan before I take the plunge

Ok so I'm moving in about a month to a 2 bedroom house and the plan right now is to find a nice chill house probably from a property mgt company preferably that already has a 30amp dryer hookup for me. Gonna change locks, specify I need 24 hours before visits as I'm very busy, video editor with lots of expensive equipment etc.

I'm gonna take one of the bedrooms and put a 10x5 tent in it with 3 barebulb 1k's (hps, mh, hps) in a "northern lights HP" style stadium. 10in 800cfm fan on filter for exhaust, passive intakes. Couple circulation fans and possibly a 70pint dehumidifier for lights off. Custom controller from dxsoundco.com. Anything I'm missing?

I'm also considering getting a windowbanger and putting that on the window, putting another tent in the room and running sealed during the summer. Basically using the bedroom as a lung room, anyone have experience with this?

Don't property management companies regularly send out exterminators and other maintenance people to their properties?

i remeber my first closet...lol...

just lock the door to the room and if visit, it is the storage for your equipment and your better half is gone with the key for the week......sorry.

always have a battery pack for your blower and filter in case of power outage and you good.

Not regularly, from what I've read they have 2 yearly inspections. Should be no problem scheduling those around my time. This is one of the main reasons it's a tent grow, that way I can tear down fast if needed.
