I still like nice pictures of flowers. But I miss back when I used to drool over them thinking they all would taste so great. Now I started enough seeds and grown enough plants to know that I prefer flavor and quality of high over looks any day. What really gets me excited these days is a smoke report that reads more like a trip report.
The plants I’m growing now are from a breeding project that started in 2008. It has been documented since 2009…on here…and on a private forum. It’s a long game…passing through many a time frame and landscape. Created indoors in the mountains of Southern California…now being grown out in the Gila of South Western New Mexico.
It’s personal…not grown for money or popularity…or to blow anyone else’s mind but mine, my wife’s, and my circle of friends.
Designed for a lifestyle I am just as dedicated to. Running mountains. Living it. Grinding.
You don’t have to be an outdoor grower to understand that October rains in the mountains (6000’) are not a good thing for a finishing cannabis garden.

Still have Sisters 11, 26, and 23 as whole plants. The other nine are 1/4 or more partials or completely cut down. Weather is forcing a non staggered harvest. Wife and I are hurriedly bucking limbs and hanging. Attempting to keep it all under one roof..but may have to spread it under another.
Rot has been mitigated by the quick harvest….but buried us in processing.
More rain on the way. More decisions and more actions may be required with the showing of dawn.
