Credit card chargebacks, on grow equip

Well I ordered a light online from the states, was suppose to be sent ups about 3 weeks ago, still hasn't arrived.
Estimated date when I bought the light was 4 days.

I have emailed and called the owner of the hydro shop. He assures me it was shipped, but wont provide a ups tracking number. He tells me he will email it to me but never does.

So I guess I need to get my cash back.

Anyone ever had to call their credit card and try to get the money back. Its obviously grow stuff

I don't know about you but my local shops charge about 40% more than shops in the states. and that doesn't count our good dollar. I support my local shops with all the stuff that isn't expensive electrical gear.

CC companies won't care its grow stuff. you know people do grow things besides weed eh haha

they are usually very good with this sort of thing. I would phone them and explain exactly what you said here. I would bet the rest of this blunt that you will get all your money back no fuss
