crazy spiral leaf

Has anybody seen anything like this before? It's on a clone from a Cherry Bomb II that I grew from seed. The rest of the plant is totally fine, all other leaves look normal, but this is the first time I've seen this phenomenon, so I thought I'd post some pics up.

Thats is very cool.Spirals occur in nature quite a lot,its a communication of some sort that we havent a clue about.Looks kinda like a cannabis crop circle doesnt it?Natural spiraling is responsible for many "saucer landing spots" also.Conch shells are a good example of natural spiraling.

If you look closely at a bud or a plant for that matter everything spirals around...
Take a good close look at the way buds form, they form in a spiral, same with a plant that has alternating nodes, they all form spirals...
Or at the very least they grow in spiral formation.

i get them when my lighting isnt a steady 18/6 say with out a timer plants gets 17 hr 16 hr 15 hr 18 hr lights on this confusses the plant. give it a steady 18 on 6 off lighting and this problem will clear up in 1-2 wks

That is very interesting to look at Dr.Katz. Me and my friend started growing one time and we started a bunch of bag seeds. I had a plant that only put out 1 nice round leaf. My friend always argued with me that I started a cabbage seed and that it's just taking up space. So when i went on vacation he threw it away like a Biaatch. The stems and leaves were covered in fuzz after two weeks of veg. Craziest plant i have seen in my young canna growin life.

blaze on all......

There don't seem to be any problems with the timer in my veg room, which is where I first noticed it, although I have been running 20 on 4 off instead of 18/6. This particular plant has been flowering for 10 days on 12/12, and like I said, the rest of the plant looks fine. Only this 1 leaf is showing this spiraling, so I doubt that 1 out of a couple hundred leaves is anything to worry about. Just thought it was interesting.

Its called hooking. If I were to guess I might think low calcium.

and don't listen to sproutco - he's an poser, who poses as a grower but dosen't grow - - BEWARE

And gives neg K for pointing this out

over 3,200 posts since MAY 2006???

Had he actually grown cannabis he might know somethin instead of post links to non cannabis related grows
Suprised he didn't call it a Boron def.

- I would think with a healthy plant, - that appears to be more genetic. There are some threads about strange leaf patterns -
