couple noob questions

Alright so I have vegged my 2 plants for 2 weeks. (Just seeds out of a mid bag) I have each one in a solo cup with FFOF. The guy at the
hydro store said they would be good on nutes for 3 weeks.

I recently got a seed out of a good bag I want to start that one soon.

So I went ahead and put my mid plants into flowering stage. ( I dont really care how much I yield out of those 2)

Well my question is

How do I properly transplant the 2 plants out of the solo cups into a bigger pot?

Do I put fresh soil in the new pot? If so does that mean Ill be good on nutes for another 3 weeks?

Yeah I've been told its best to transplant em before you' flip to flowering, You could just cut the plastic with a razor and slip it out of the solo cup. You're new pot would be bigger, go with a 2l pop bottle since you're coming from 16oz cups, should be more then enough, unless you got bigger containers on hand. I usually loosen the roots around the cup shaped soil mass, this is to discourage the plant from getting rootbound.

The soil itself can sustain a seedling and some veg'n time but you'd probably need to add nutes for flowering now that the plant is bigger and more established, not to mention going to flower.

Will it be alright going into flowering after only 2 weeks of veg? Its either that or throw them away so I can start on my good one. Therefor I wouldnt just have 2 weeks of wasted veg time
